There isn't enough to say about it, I have lost count of the number of times I have reread it! Ooph I'm not sure why I continued on with this series. The main character's personality just grates on me.
Stopping now. Easy, fun, sexy, enjoyable read Loved Twice as Hot. I read book 1 in series yrs ago and finally bought book2 in series. I'm so glad I did! Lots of action, lots of great sex, intriguing characters with imaginative abilities, and of course, a very hawt hero in Rome Masters!!!

I found this was an easy read that kept me turning pages and enthralled. It's definitely an escapist type of romance novel. I found I was tuning out all that needed to be done and everyone around me just so I could devour this book. Despite being over pages I read in under a day. It definitely is the type of book to curl up with when you need to decompress from the worries of the work around you and go to your "happy place" which would be the paranormal work of Belle and Rome courtesy of Gena Showalter, who by the way is an awesome writer.
I've been a fan of hers for well over a decade. I did consider downgrading to a 4 star due to I did find a few editing errors in the form of words being misspelled, misused, or not making sense. They were few and far between. It that I expect perfection, but don't they have bunches of editors, proofreaders and such? Surely for that price, I expect minor errors such as I listed to be at a bare minimum or nonexistent.
However, the errors didn't impact me significantly enough in my flow of reading to really impact my enjoyment or reading pleasure. There was only 2 times I had to stop and reread section to try and figure out what it meant.
Me Showalter deserves better from her publisher. I did also feel that those who struggle with reading that this book wasn't to intense or kind boggling. I feel it is appropriate for those who aren't as proficient at reading. If it weren't for the sex content, I'd say it would be good for readers of high school age that's the adult in me saying that, even though I truly feel a mature high school student would enjoy this book, shoot, some of the stuff they read is much worse.
I would feel it's maybe pg rated if you went with what movie guidelines are. Highly recommend this book an author. My rating would be 4. Jan 02, Kimo rated it it was amazing. I was thinking these books are like a League of Extraordinary Gentleman.
I digress I won't waste time rehashing what the book is about but I will tell you what I loved Belle- she was awesome I loved her character.
Since the start of book 1, she continued to mature to the point where at the end of this one, she was ah-mazing! The humor throughout the book is one of the things I love the most and most every character was pretty funny in some way I loved Rome I still love Rome.

Too much inside Belle's head and not enough on the outside. What I loved about the first one kind of fell flat for me in the second. Still amazing, but this one took me a little longer.

This book was just as good as the first one! All the characters from book one return for this one to make one hell of a story! Full of heartache, sarcasm, and laughter. Highly recommend this read!
